4.4.10 Components visible on GUI, but missing on PCB
Possible cause: Any
Produce
Place Control
Select the missing component(s) on the
graphical section (use
Multiselect if multiple
components are missing).
Place selected components
A dialogue pops up (see picture).
Re place
to place again all selected components
regardless if they were already placed.
4.4.11 Tray could not be loaded by tray changer
Possible cause: Any
In case the tray cannot be loaded correctly to the
product
ion area, an internal tape feeder error
pops up (see pictures).
The reasons are manyfold. Check the tray
changer conveyor for correct function. Check for
components lying on the conveyor or the stage
at pick position. Check for smooth sliding of the
trays
.
