4.4 Solve Malfunctions / Handle unordered Stops
4.4.1 PCB could not be loaded
Possible cause: PCB got jammed on conveyor
Check for mechanical misalignment of the conveyor width. It must fit the produced PCB. In case of
a misalignment adjust the conveyor width described on page 4-13
4.4.2 PCB could not be aligned automatically
Possible cause: Wrong PCB / wrong orientation of PCB / bad PCB / Board Reference
outside of vision search area
• Check if it is the correct PCB corresponding to the job.
• Check if the PCB has the correct orientation (can be rotated by 180 degrees or turned over).
• Check if the PCB is free from defects (e.g. no missing fiducials).
• If the board ref is outside of the vision search area, move the head close to the board reference
fiducial and press Align PCB.
4.4.3 Dot diameter could not be adjusted automatically (Option SC-ARM)
Possible cause: Valve is clogged / wrong adjust factor / medium has expired /
Medium is empty
• Check if it is the valve needle / nozzle is not clogged. Execute dot- /time purge.
• Check if the adjust factor has the correct setting on screen Teach - Medium - Setting - Dot-
/Linestyle.
• Check if the medium is still within the pot life.
• Check if the medium is not empty.
