Assembling Your Unassembled ER1

You need:
• Two 12'' beams
• Two hinge halves
•Set screws
Instructions:
• Slide the hinge halves into one
end of each beam.
• Remember to add the set screws
to both sides of each of the hinge
halves (see the arrows).
You need:
• Two Philips screws with
thumbnuts
Instructions:
• Thread the Philips screws up
through the bottom into the holes
in the hinge halves on the end of
each XBeam.
• Screw the thumbnuts (larger end
up) onto the end of each screw.
