OTUC Frame

Alarms
LOFLOM (Loss of Frame Loss Of Multiframe)
RX: OOF is present for at least 3 ms.
TX: Generates error continuously in FAS and MFAS.
OOF (Out-Of-Frame)
RX: FAS (bytes 3, 4, and 5) are in error for at least 5 consecutive OTUC
frames or MFAS does not match the expected value for at least 5
consecutive OTUC frames.
TX: Generates error in all FAS bits for 5 consecutive OTUC frames.
Errors
FAS (Frame Alignment Signal)
RX: Received FAS does not match the expected value.
MFAS (Multiframe Alignment Signal)
RX: Received MFAS does not match the expected value.
