Card Path Procedures
Card Path Sensor (D910217)
Tools needed: T10 Torx Driver
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
Preparation: Remove Rear/Top Cover.
Remove the Card path.
Remove Fan Box/Bracket Assembly
Important: This procedure can only be performed by authorized
service personnel.

Procedure

Caution: Power off the Printer by unplugging the power cord from the Printer.

There are 2 card sensors located on the Card Path.
The Card Path Asssembly is removed to have access to remove the Wire from the
sideplate.
3
Remove 1 screw (F000170) from the sensor bracket.
Lift up the bracket and replace the sensor.
