Card Path - Roller Replacement Procedures
Tools needed: 10T Torx Driver.
Roto Clip A-150
Estimated Time: 60 minutes
Preparation: Remove
Rear/Top/Covers and Fan
Box/Bracket Assembly/ Bracket.
Important: This procedure can
only be performed by authorized
service personnel.

Procedure

Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.
Important: Card path removal makes parts removal easier. Relates to other procedures.

Rollers are installed on the top of the Card Path and on the bottom of the Card Path.
The Card Path does not need to be completely removed if replacing the rollers on the TOP of
the Card Path.
The Card Path does need to be completely removed if replacing the rollers on the BOTTOM of
the Card Path.
