Remove/Replace the Stepper Motor Assembly (D930413) and Belt (F000428)
Tools needed: T10 Torx Driver
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
Preparation: Remove the Covers.
Important: This procedure can only be performed by authorized
service personnel.

Procedure

Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.

Remove the Covers.

Disconnect the Stepper Motor cable (D900625) from the top of the Motor
4
Remove the 3 Torx screws (F000169) that attach the Motor to the Frame, and remove the 2
screws that attaché the gears to the frame.
5
Lift the Motor Assembly from the frame to access the belt and the motor screws.
6
Remove the Belt (F000428) from the Motor.
 Replace as needed.
