Remove/Replace the Flipper Main Board (A000394)
Tools needed: T10 Torx Driver,
screwdriver.
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
Preparation: Remove Rear/Top
Covers.
Remove the Front Panel
Remove the Output Cover
Important: This procedure can only
be performed by authorized service
personnel.

Procedure

Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.

Disconnect the cable (D900251) from the Board at J9.
3
Disconnect the cable (D900249) from the Board at J3.
4
Disconnect the Ribbon cable (D900214) from the Main Board at J1.
5
Disconnect the Ribbon cable (D900215) from the Main Board at J2.
6
Remove the Main Board by pulling from the four (4) corners out. (Note: No screws hold the
Board. Four (4) pressure tabs hold the Board.)
Caution: Be careful not to break the Board.

Replace the Main Board.
