Click Profile 1, Profile 2, or Profile 3.
If you want the image rotated 90° counter-clockwise (to the left) and displayed in vertically oriented 9:16
aspect ratio, enable Corridor. Corridor mode is recommended when monitoring a long, narrow area,
such as an aisle, hallway, or corridor. This mode is referred to in Latitude as “90 and 270 degrees
mode.
Note
When Corridor is enabled, only the H.264 codec is supported.
For each stream in each profile, you can configure the following settings:
Codec: Select H.265, H.264 (default), or MJPEG based on required image quality and storage space.
If you select H.265 or H.264, you can configure the following:
Profile: Each profile targets specific classes of applications.
High Profile (default for H.264 codec; not available for H.265 codec): Primary profile for HD
broadcast applications, providing the best trade-off between storage size and video latency. It can
save 10-12% of the storage cost over Main Profile. However, it may also increase video latency,
depending on the stream structure.
Main Profile (only profile available for H.265 codec): Provides improved picture quality at reduced
bandwidths and storage costs and is becoming more common as the camera processors (DSPs)
become more able to handle the processing load. Main Profile can save 10-12% over Baseline.
