Reset error
messages - ROB

Error messages on the power source are reset using the “Source error reset” signal (not
illustrated on this page). However, the cause of the error must first be eliminated.
WARNING!
Danger from surprisingly starting welding process.
This can result in serious injury and damage to property.
If the “Source error reset” signal is still
24 V ROB 4000/5000 (High)
GND ROB 5000 OC (Low),
the „Welding start“ signal must not be set while the error is being rectified, otherwise
welding will start as soon as the error is fixed.

In contrast to the ROB 5000/ROB 5000 OC, the ROB 4000 robot interface does not allow
errors to be reset using the „Source error reset“ signal. Error messages on the power
source are reset automatically as soon as the error is rectified.

“Welding start” signal must not be set while the error is being rectified, otherwise
welding will start as soon as the error is fixed.
