Detective details:
Low pressure is continued 0.1Mpa or less for 10 minutes and detects it 5 times
within 180 minutes.
(Low pressure is continued 0.1Mpa or less for 2 minutes in test run)
Check Point 1 : Check if Gas Pipe Valve is open
p If it is not open, open it and check the operation.
Check Point 4 : Check Solenoid Valve
p Check Solenoid Valve (SV1) (PARTS INFORMATION 8)
>>If Solenoid Valve is defective, replace it.
Check Point 3 : Check Indoor Unit Operation
p Is Indoor Unit EEV open? (PARTS INFORMATION 5)
p Check if Indoor Heat Exchanger is clogged or dirty filter.
p Stop the operation and rotate the fan by hand.
(Check if FAN and Bearing is hooked, removed or Locked Motor.)
>>If Fan or Bearing is abnormal, replace it.
p Check Fan Motor of Indoor Unit (PARTS INFORMATION 10,11)
>>If Fan Motor is defective, replace it.
Check Point 2 : Check Gas Leak or Less Gas
p Measure Gas pressure, if there is a leak, correct it.
>>If recharging refrigerant, make sure to perform vacuuming
and recharge the specified amount.

Check Point 4 : Check Outdoor FAN, Heat Exchanger
p Is there anything obstructing the air distribution circuit?
p Is there any clogging of Outdoor Heat Exchanger?
p Is the Fan rotating?
(Check by hand and if it is locked, replace the motor)
p Check Outdoor Fan Motor (PARTS INFORMATION 12)
>>If the Fan Motor is defective, replace it.
>>If defrost operation is abnormal, check the thermistor(TH4)
p Is Liquid side Strainer open? (PARTS INFORMATION 5)
>>If Strainer is defective, replace it.
(PARTS INFORMATION 6)
p Is Solenoid Valve (SV4 of Slave Unit) open?
(PARTS INFORMATION 9)
Check Point 2 : Check if EEV1, SV4 is open
p Is EEV (EEV1) open?
If the service tool is connected, check if there is an
indoor unit that is extremely low heat exchanger
temperature.
(On heating, the refrigerant flows to the stopped
indoor unit as well.)
