(1) Is Voltage from terminal normal?
>> If AC380V does not appear between
each terminal of LI1,LI2,LI3, check if
terminal connection is loose.
(2) Is Voltage to Inverter PCB appearing
at the connector?
>> If AC380V does not appear between
each terminals of LO1,LO2,LO3, the
circuit inside PCB can be considered as
defective. (Replace Filter PCB.)
Check Inverter PCB Voltage
Is Voltage to Capacitor OK?
YES
Check Voltage from Main PCB
Is DC16.5V appearing at connector
CN32 (3-4) on Main PCB?
>> If it does not appear, Main PCB
circuit may be defective.(Replace Main
PCB.) If the voltage is normal, check
Inverter Compressor.

Is DC16.5V appearing at connector
CN32 (3-4) on Main PCB?
Is Voltage to Capacitor normal?
>> If DC586.8V(±10V) is appearing at
terminals TB-P2, TB-N1, it is normal.
>> If DC586.8V(±10V) is appearing at
terminals TB-P2, TB-N1, it is normal.
Check Electric parts of Inverter unit
Check Resistor,Cement (for surge prevention)
(PARTS INFORMATION 13)
>> If Resistor,Cement is defective,
replace Inverter PCB and Resistor,Cement.
Check Reactor (PARTS INFORMATION 14)
>> If Reactor is defective, replace it.
Check Diode Bridge (PARTS INFORMATION 15)
>> If DIode Bridge is defective, replace Inverter PCB.
(1) If there is loose connector or incorrect
wiring, correct it and replace Fuse.
(2) Check shortage or corrosion on Filter
PCB.
Is the correct voltage to Inverter PCB
appearing at the connector?
>> If AC380V is appeared between each
terminals of LO1,LO2,LO3, it is normal.
(1) If there is loose connector or incorrect
wiring, correct it and replace Fuse.
(2) Check shortage or corrosion on Filter
PCB.
Is Fuse (30A/500V) open?
