OUTDOOR UNIT Error Method:
Liquid Pipe Temp. Sensor 2 Error
Indicate or Display:
Outdoor Unit : LED1 Flash, LED3 10 Times Blink
Indoor Unit : Operation LED Lighted Continuously (Normal Operation)
ERROR CODE : E : 00
Detective Actuators:
Outdoor Unit Controller PCB circuit
Liquid Temperature Thermistor
Detective details:
When Liquid Pipe Temperature Thermistor 2 is detected as SHORTED or
OPEN.
Forecast of Cause : 1. Connector connection failure 2. Thermistor failure 3. Controller PCB failure
OK
Check Point 1 : Check connection of Connector
p Check if connector is loose or removed
p Check erroneous connection
p Check if thermistor cable is open
>>Reset Power when reinstalling due to removed connector or incorrect wiring.
OK
Check Point 2 : Remove connector and check Thermistor resistance value
Thermistor Characteristics (Rough value)
If Thermistor is either open or shorted, replace it and reset the power.
Check Point 3 : Check voltage of Controller PCB (DC5.0V)
Make sure circuit diagram of each indoor unit and check terminal voltage at Thermistor (DC5.0V)
Outdoor Unit Schematic(CN45,46)
If the voltage does not appear, replace Controller PCB and reset the original address.
