This function performs “Emergency stop” or “All On / All Off” by using the signal to be input externally
at external input terminals.
 Input select
Use either one of Apply voltage terminal or Dry contact terminal according to the application. (Both
types of terminals cannot be used simultaneously.)
• CN12 (CH1) and CN13 (CH2): Dry contact terminal
When a power supply is unnecessary at the input device you want to connect, use the Dry contact
terminal CN12 (Ch1) and CN13 (Ch2).
