The MMI is installed inside the cab within the driver's eld of vision to allow
him/her to monitor the indicated operating states. Either screw on with

the reverse side.
Note
The radio MMI installed in the driver's cab needs its own power
supply from the on-board power supply which can be switched
o and is protected with afuse. Normally excavators have their
own terminal for such purposes behind the ignition lock- this is
separately fused and is switched via the ignition lock.
The supply voltage is also transmitted in the cable for the control button.
