voltage limit specifications. Applicable to CC and
CR mode only.
Syntax :SPECification:VOLTage:H/L/C <NRf+>[V]
Parameter <NRf+>[V] 1 unit = 1 volt Go/NoGo voltage limit
1 1 volt

Example :SPEC:VOLT:H 2V
Sets the Go/NoGo high
voltage limit to 2 volts.
Query Syntax :SPECification:VOLTage:H/L/C? <NR2>
Return Parameter <NR2> Go/NoGo voltage
