Start the vehicle
How to move off normally
1. Fasten the seat belt and confirm that
the parking brake has been applied.
2. Start the vehicle.
3. Depress the brake pedal and engage
gear D.
4. Release the brake pedal and then gen-
tly step on the accelerator pedal to al-
low the vehicle to accelerate.
Notice
When the vehicle starts, the automatic de-
parture function will automatically release
the parking brake.
Launch control
1. Fasten the seat belt and confirm that
the parking brake has been applied.
2. Start the vehicle and confirm that the
ESC function is turned off.
3. Depress the brake pedal, put the gear
in position "D", and release the parking
brake.
4. When the accelerator pedal is de-
pressed, the instrument will prompt
“launch control activated".
5. After the brake pedal is released, the
vehicle starts to launch until the vehicle
is started.
Caution
If the braking time is too long (about 8s)
and the vehicle does not start after the
launch control mode is activated, the
launch control function will be disabled
and the timeout protection will be enabled
to protect the motor system. When the ve-
hicle is in timeout state, it is necessary to
release the accelerator before disabling
the timeout state for the next launch con-
trol.
Notice
When the power battery has a low power
or temperature, the launch control function
may not be available.
Warning
Be sure to drive carefully within the limits
permitted by law.
The function can be used only when you
judge it is safe according to the sur-
rounding traffic conditions.
The function cannot be used when the
vehicle runs on slippery roads. Other-
wise, the vehicle will get out of control
and cause an accident.
Stop the vehicle
1. Release the accelerator pedal, and
step on the brake pedal.
2. After the vehicle is parked stably, se-
lect the P gear.
3. Apply the parking brake and turn the
ignition switch to LOCK mode.
4. Release the brake pedal.
