When the vehicle speed is lower than 2
km/h, and the driver's door is opened
and the driver’s seat belt is released, the
vehicle will be shifted to gear P automat-
ically.

After the vehicle is turned off, it will auto-
matically switch to P gear.

If the gear is wanted to be automatically
switched to P gear without tuning off the
vehicle, you should switch the ignition
switch to LOCK mode while pressing
and holding the EPB switch.

When the shift is completed, make sure
that the correct gear is engaged.

When the vehicle is stationary, press the
parking gear button.
Shift to gear D, R, or N
For disengagement of gear P and
engagement of gear R or D from gear N, it
is necessary to depress the brake pedal
and turn the shift knob to the left or right.
For engagement of gear N from gear R or
D, just turn the shift knob to the left or
right.

When the vehicle is in P gear, depress
the brake pedal and turn the knob coun-
terclockwise continuously to switch di-
rectly to R gear.

The engaged gear will be shown on the
shift panel and the multi-information dis-
play of the combination instrument.
Warning
If a transmission-related error message
appears on the combination instrument,
the transmission may enter the emergency
operation mode. At this point, you can only
shift to a specific gear or simply cannot
shift gears. Please stop at the safe place
as soon as possible and contact service
provider.
Crawling function
After the vehicle is started, you shall
switch to the driving position, and release
the parking brake and the brake pedal. At
this time, you don't need to step on the ac-
celerator pedal, and the vehicle can crawl
slowly.
