Components marked with this symbol can be damaged
beyond repair by electrostatic discharge. Please observe
the handling instructions for components exposed to the
risk of electrostatic discharge.
Class 1 Laser (MXFS only)
The MXFS is a Class 1 laser product: "Any laser or laser
system containing a laser that cannot emit laser radiation
at levels that are known to cause eye or skin injury during
normal operation." It is safe under all conditions of nor
mal use. No safety requirements are needed to use
Class 1 laser devices.

Connection for functional earth
If necessary, integrate the module into your functional
grounding via this connection, so that interference cur
rents can be surcharged and interference signal injection
prevented.
