Fan Description
In Figure 2-10, fans 1 to 3 are used to control the air intake vent temperature for
the front I/O modules, and fans 4 to 8 are used to control the air intake vent
temperature for the compute modules. All the fans support automatic speed
adjustment based on the ambient temperature.
PCIe Slots on the Rear I/O Module
The rear I/O module provides 10 standard PCIe slots. For details about these slots,
see Table 2-6.
The PCIe slots mapping to a vacant compute module slot are unavailable.
