8. Maintenance and Inspection
[Cushion application to support bracket]
Put two cushions to the groove on the support bracket and affix them with the cushion
holding plate.
* When tightening the screws, push the two cushions and hold them while fixing the
screws to remove any clearance between the cushions and the bracket.
* After applied, confirm that the cushion is applied property without any clearance or
warpage.
* Affix the cushion, clean the shock absorbing surface on the cushion, and then apply
grease thinly on the surface with hand.
Push the cushions from both
sides and hold them and fix
Sit it tight to remove
any clearance between
the cushion seating
surface and the support
bracket.
[For cushion fixation]
Hex socket head cap screw M3 2 pcs
Tightening torque: 1.54 N·m
