Option 115 microwave channel frequency calibration
The following procedure should be performed when Option 115 (15 GHz
Microwave channel) with any Option 115 firmware revision is installed as Channel
2 in a 53210A or Channel 3 in a 53220A or 53230A.
1 Press the following keys:

2 The display shows:
3 Run the counter Self-Test as described under “Performing the counter
self-test” on page 169. A successful self-test procedure verifies that the
counter is operational and ready for calibration.
