If the part you want is NOT identified in Table 5-1 or Figure 5-1 and Figure 5-2,
you can call on Keysight Technologies for help (see “Contacting Keysight
Technologies” on page 251”). Please have the following information at hand when
you contact Keysight Technologies for help:
– Counter model number (example, “Keysight 53230A”).
–Part number.
– Description of the part and its use.
– Quantity of the part required.
– Complete instrument serial number (example, “MY50000125”). The serial
number for your counter may be found on a label attached to the counter or by
turning the instrument on and pressing these keys:
