16 Press to set:
– Statistics: On
– The display shows:
Frequency accuracy test procedure
1 Press the Trigger key to manually trigger the counter.
– Counter takes 100 readings and fills in Math functions.
2 Verify the ‘Mean’ is:
– 10 MHz ± 100 mHz (for 53210A)
– 10 MHz ± 10 mHz (for 53220A/53230A)
3 Verify the ‘Std Dev’ is less than:
– 140 mHz (for 53210A)
– 70 mHz (for 53220A)
– 14 mHz (for 53230A)
