Returns the date of the last calibration in the format yyyy,mm,dd.

Return the calibration date:
CAL:DATE?
l You can perform this query regardless of whether the instrument is secured.
l The date is based on the instrument's real-time clock. Set the date for the instrument's real-time clock
with SYSTem:DATE and SYSTem:TIME.
l This setting is non-volatile; it will not be changed by power cycling or *RST or SYSTem:PRESet.

Sets the security code (calibration password) to prevent unauthorized calibrations.
You must unsecure the instrument to calibrate it or to change the calibration code or security code.

l When shipped from the factory, the instrument is secured, with the security code (calibration pass-
word) set to AT3446XA.
