Level Modulation
ThesesettingsletyouusetwodifferentAMSsourcestocon
troltheLevelparametersoftheEG.Foreachofthetwo
AMSsources,theStart,Attack,Decay,andBreaklevelseach
havetheirownmodulationintensities.
Byusingdifferentsettingsforeachofthethreelevels,you
cancausebothsubtleanddramaticchangestotheEG
shape,asshownbelow.
Note:OncetheEGhasstartedasegmentbetweentwo
points,thatsegmentcannolongerbemodulated.This
includesboththetimeofthesegment,andthelevelreached
attheendofthesegment.
Forinstance,iftheEGisinthemiddleoftheDecaytime,
youcannolongermodulateeithertheDecaytimeorthe
Breaklevel.
ThisalsomeansthatmodulatingtheStartlevel,Attack
level,orAttacktimewillnotaffectnotesthatarealready
sounding,unlesstheEGisthenrestartedviaEGReset.
