Resonanceemphasizesthefrequenciesthatarearoundthe
cutofffrequency.
Whenthisissetto0,thereisnoemphasis,andfrequencie s
beyondthecutoffwillsimplydiminishsmoothly.

thefilter,makingitsoundmorenasal,ormoreextreme.
