1 Hopper
Hopper wings fold out to hold asphalt material.
2 Beacon Light
Revolving amber safety light to alert trafc and others at the work site.
3 Steering Controls
Controls travel direction and speed (on each side of machine).
4 Operator Control Panel
Main operator control panel for machine and operator controls.
5 Remote Screed Control Box
Screed operator controls for screed functions.
6 Electric Heat Control Box
Control box for turning screed heat off and on (timed for 20 minutes with
automatic shut-off).
7 Main Screed Depth Screw
Controls depth of the asphalt (located on each side).
8 Crown and Valley
Adjusts crown and valley while paving.
9 Auger Moves asphalt material from the hopper conveyors to the screed.
10 Screed Extension
Extends for a paving width up to 15 feet.
11 Endgate Depth Screw
Controls depth of the screed endgate.

Adjustable Height Push
Rollers
These adjustable rollers push the material delivery truck along as it delivers
asphalt into the paver hopper. Manually adjusts at ve different heights.
