Every 100 Hour or Monthly
Maintenance
1. Check main engine belt. Adjust or replace if
needed.
2. Check and adjust conveyor drive chains. (Page
5-9)
3. Check and adjust conveyor ight chains. (Page
5-8)
4. Check auger drive chains, lubricate and adjust.
(Page 5-9)
5. Check and adjust screed extension top guide.
(Page 5-10)
6. Perform previous routine maintenance and any
other engine preventive maintenance described in
the Engine Operator’s Manual.
Every 250 Hours or Quarterly
Routine Maintenance
1. Change hydraulic oil and lter. (Page 5-16)
2. Change air lter. (Page 5-12)
3. Empty fuel water separator. (Page 5-15)
4. Change engine oil and lter. (Page 5-13)
5. Replace Spray Down Pump lter. (Page 5-34)
6. Perform previous routine maintenance and any
other engine preventive maintenance described in
the Engine Operator’s Manual.
Every 500 Hours or Semi-Annual
Routine Maintenance
1. Replace coolant.
2. Change torque hub oil. (Page 5-7)
3. Replace fuel lter. (Page 5-14)
4. Perform previous routine maintenance and any
other engine preventive maintenance described in
the Engine Operator’s Manual.
Every 1000 Hours or Annual
Routine Maintenance
1. Drain hydraulic tank and replace strainers.
2. Replace air lter. (Page 5-13)
3. Perform previous routine maintenance and any
other engine preventive maintenance described in
the Engine Operator’s Manual.
Maintenance for Storage
If the machine will be idle for an extended period,
perform these maintenance procedures for storage:
Thoroughly clean the machine, ensuring all asphalt
material is removed.
Check for worn or damaged components and repair
or replace.
Change the engine oil and lter.
Replace the air lter.
Drain the hydraulic tank, change the lter and rell tank
with fresh hydraulic oil.
Lubricate machine components. (Pages 5-6 and
5-7)
Disconnect the battery and store it in an area where it
won’t freeze. Charge the batter prior to reinstalling.
Ensure the fuel tank is full to prevent condensation in
the fuel tank.
