Step2.Removethetopcover(see“Removingthetopcover”onpage149).TheLEDonthesystemboard
neartheconnectorforthefailinghot-swapfanwillbelit.
Attention:Itisnotnecessarytodisconnectthepowerwhenremovingthehot-swapfan.Toensure
propersystemcooling,donotremovethetopcoverformorethan30minutesduringthisprocedure.
Step3.1Pullthefanlatchtothelefttoreleasethefanfromthefanconnectorand2pullthefanout
ofthefancage.
