2.Reseatthedevicethatyoujustinstalled.
3.Replacethedevicethatyoujustinstalled.
Anoptionaldevicethatworked

1.Makesurethatallofthecableconnectionsforthedevicearesecure.
2.Ifthedevicecomeswithtestinstructions,usethoseinstructionstotestthe
