Step1.Readthesafetyinformationthatbeginson“Safety”onpagevand“Installationguidelines”on
page297.
Step2.Turnofftheserverandperipheraldevicesanddisconnectthepowercordsandallexternalcables.
Step3.Removethetopcover(see“Removingthetopcover”onpage149).
Step4.Removetheairbaffle(see“Removingtheairbaffle”onpage152).
Step5.Aligntheretentionmodulewiththeholesonthesystemboard.
Step6.Useascrewdrivertoreinstallthefourscrews.
