cord.T oremoveallelectricalcurrentfromthedevice,ensurethatallpowercordsaredisconnected
fromthepowersource.

Hazardousvoltage,current,andenergylevelsarepresentinsideanycomponentthathasthislabel
attached.Therearenoserviceablepartsinsidethesecomponents.Ifyoususpectaproblemwith
oneoftheseparts,contactaservicetechnician.
Toremoveahot-swapacpowersupply,completethefollowingsteps:
Step1.Readthesafetyinformationthatbeginson“Safety”onpagevand“Installationguidelines”on
page297.
Step2.Ifonlyonepowersupplyisinstalled,turnofftheserverandperipheraldevicesanddisconnect
allpowercords.
Step3.Iftheserverisinarack,atthebackoftheserver,pullbackthecablemanagementarmtogain
accesstotherearoftheserverandthepowersupply.
Step4.Pressandholdthereleasetabtotheleft.Graspthehandleandpullthepowersupplyoutof
theserver.
