9.2.29.3 General delay
A general delay causes any signal change at the input DIGDELx-IN to be passed to the output
DIGDELx-OUT only after the time set under C0721 or C0726 has elapsed.

The time element is started with any edge at the input DIGDELx-IN.
z When the timer (can be set under C0721 or C0726) has reached the upper limit, the output
DIGDELx-OUT is set to the same value as the input DIGDEL1-IN.
