• Scanner static jam—ADF exit
sensor
• Remove all media present in the media path.
• Check for obstructions in the media path.
• Check the ADF media exit sensor for proper
operation. Go to “ADF exit sensor service
check” on page 2-138.
849.01 Hard disk configuration ID mismatch.
The possible cause is a hard disk is
installed, but the configuration ID does
not support it.
Remove the hard disk.
