All red LEDs on all circuit packs in the DDM-2000 should
be off. Any red LEDs remaining on or flashing represent a
failure condition.
Initialization may take 2-3 minutes.

NOTE:
Compatible software must be installed in both the BBG9 OHCTL and the
BBG8/BBG8B SYSCTL. When the new SYSCTL is installed, if software
is not installed in the SYSCTL, or the software is not compatible with the
software in the OHCTL, or the software in the SYSCTL and OHCTL is
not compatible with the transmission configuration of the shelf, the letter
P, d,orC will be displayed in the FE ID display.
Observe one of the following indications on the FE ID display. Note the
indication and follow the suggested procedure.
A. Letter "P" in FE ID Display
Indicates no software installed in SYSCTL.
Find circuit packs with compatible software and repeat this procedure, or
install new software using the procedures of DLP-532.
B. Letter "P. " in FE ID Display
Letter P followed by a period (P. ) indicates a previous download attempt
has failed.
Find circuit packs with compatible software and repeat this procedure, or
install new software using the procedures of DLP-532.
C. FE ID Display Blank:
Indicates compatible software is installed in OHCTL and SYSCTL.
Proceed to Step 15.
