Install MXRVO Circuit Packs
1.
NOTE:
If the response is not correct in the following procedures, replace the
BBG2/BBG2B MXRVO.
NOTE:
MXRVO circuit packs may be installed in FUNCTION UNITS group slots
A, B,orC.
Determine which FUNCTION UNITS group slots (A, B,orC)aretobe
equipped with MXRVO circuit packs.
2. Seat an BBG2/BBG2B MXRVO circuit pack into FUNCTION UNITS group slot
A-1, B-1,orC-1, as required.
Response: FAULT LED on the MXRVO lights for about 20 seconds
then goes off. ACTIVE LED lights on first MXRVO
installed in each FUNCTION UNITS group slot.

NOTE:
If the group is to be equipped with any BBF3 DS1PM circuit packs, both
service and protection BBG2/BBG2B MXRVO circuit packs must be
installed.
If required, seat a second MXRVO into slot 2(P) of the same FUNCTION
UNITS group (A, B,orC).
Response: FAULT LED on protection MXRVO lights for about 13
seconds then goes off. ACTIVE LED remains off.
4. Repeat this procedure from Step 1 for each BBG2/BBG2B MXRVO circuit
pack being installed.
5. STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
