This machine consists of the following main units:
[1] Upper slewing body (crane)
Consists of the engine, travelling operation unit,
crane operation unit, boom telescoping unit, boom
derricking unit, slewing unit, hook block, and
winch system.
[2] Carrier
Consists of the travelling system and blade
(option).
[3] Safety device
Overwinding prevention device, Over un-winding
prevention device, Moment limiter, Slinging rope
detachment protector, Hydraulic safety valve,
Telescoping cylinder hydraulic locking device,
Derricking cylinder hydraulic locking device,
Alarm buzzer, Machine body inclination alarm,
Working status lamp, Level gauge, Safety lock
lever, and Working radius limiter
MACHINE FUNCTIONS
[1] Upper slewing body
• The upper slewing body can rotate through
360 degrees using the slewing operation.
• The crane is capable of raising and lowering
the hook block by extending, retracting,
raising, lowering, and slewing the boom in
conjunction with the winch system to move
lifted objects within the rated total load to a
desired position within the specified working
envelope.
[2] Carrier
• The carrier is of a crawler type, which
facilitates operations on rough terrain and soft
ground.
• The two travel levers can be used not only to
change the direction of travel (forward,
backward, right and left), but also to perform
pivot turns and spin turns.
• The blade (option) enables debris to be
removed when creating a space for installing
the crane.
