4.8 CONTROL LEVERS AND PEDALS
(1) Safety lock lever
(2) Travel levers
(3) Left-hand control lever
(4) Right-hand control lever
(5) Accelerator pedal

WARNING
• When standing up from the operator's seat,
place the safety lock lever securely in the
lock (L) position. If the safety lock lever is
left in the free (F) position and the control
levers or pedals are accidentally touched,
there is a risk of serious personal injury.
• When the operator leaves the operator's seat
or while operation is suspended, check that
the safety lock lever is securely in the lock
(L) position.
• When pulling up or pushing down the safety
lock lever, be careful that it does not contact
the control lever.
Use this lever to lock crane operations, slewing,
and travel operations.
Lock (L): Lift up the lever. The machine will not
move even if the control levers are
operated.
Free (F): Push down the lever. The machine will
move if any of the control levers are
operated.
The machine is electrically locked by the
safety lock lever, so while the control levers
can still move even when the lever is in the
lock position, the machine itself will not move.
