1.4 MACHINE INTRODUCTION
SPECIFIED OPERATIONS
This machine is intended to be used primarily for crane operation.
This machine is a mobile crane consisting of the upper slewing body equipped with a boom type crane
and a lower crawler type carrier.
This crane is capable of moving (travelling) under its own power in the worksite and lifting objects
weighing up to the rated total load.
MACHINE CONFIGURATION
(1) Upper slewing body
(2) Carrier
(3) Safety device
In this manual, the front, rear, left and right directions are defined based on
the directions when viewing the machine travelling direction (forward)
while sitting in the operator's seat with the carrier sprocket (A) at the rear.
Similarly, boom (upper slewing body) slewing directions are defined as
clockwise when viewed from above for right slewing and counterclockwise
when viewed from above for left slewing.
