One person should push guide rod toward
the inside of the washer from the back.
Another person can pull the basket out of
the outer tub from the front.
NOTE: Have a stack of pallets, or similar
support, as tall as the bottom of the outer
tub to slide the basket out onto.
Use the lever bar to loosen and unscrew
the guide rod from the shaft at the back of
the basket.
Remove the sleeve from the shaft.
NOTE: 39” is the minimum clearance, in
front of the washer, to be able to pull the
basket out.

Remove the four M16 hex bolts from the 4
bearing housing corners.
Loosen the top and bottom bolts but not
remove them. Leave them in the bearing
housing until the basket is pushed out.
Insert, and slightly tighten, the four guide
rods, #518861, into the four open bolt holes.
To mount the bar set tool, #518862, place
the sleeve on the end of the main shaft.
Screw the guide rod into the center hole of
the shaft.
Insert the lever bar and tighten the guide
rod into the shaft.
