Remove power from washer and wait 10
minutes before attempting any further steps.
Before working on a brake resistor, follow the
procedure for testing inverters
See page 7-7). This must be done anytime an
inverter or brake resistor is being worked on.
To remove the brake resistor, remove the
two bolts that secure the brake resistor to
the inverter bracket.

REMOVE BRAKE RESISTOR
MFR60 & 80
Disconnect the positive and PR wires from
the inverter.
Clip any wire ties necessary to release the
wires to the brake resistor.
Remove the wires from the feed through
and remove the brake resistor.

Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
