Remove the belts and springs
(See page 4-29).
Use a 3mm hex key to loosen the set screw
on the collar that secures the idler assembly
to the shaft.
Pull the idler assembly off the shaft.
There is a bushing in both ends of the hole
that the shaft goes in.

REMOVE IDLER ASSEMBLY, PULLEY AND BEARING - MFR25
To remove the idler pulley, use a snap ring
tool to remove the small retainer ring.
Use a gear puller and wrench to pull the
idler pulley off.
To remove the bearing inside the idler
pulley, remove the large snap ring and
remove the bearing (See photo at top of
column).
