Open the washer door.
Remove the gasket.
Use a knife to clean off any remains of
silicone sealant that was used to seal the
original gasket; then with a Scotch-Brite™
pad, and finally with some chemical
stainless steel cleaner.
If door gasket was sealed with silicone,
remove the three M4 bolts from door frame;
use a drill that is 0.33 inch (8.4mm) with a
90° end for re-drilling.

REMOVE & INSTALL DOOR GASKET - MFR60 - 80
NOTE: Make sure the head of the M4 bolt
is level with the door-frame. Over drilling
will remove too much metal from the door
frame and cause loose screws.
Apply silicone on the cone surface for head
of bolt to seal against.
Reinstall and tighten ornamental nuts.
Put the talc on the inside diameter of the
rubber door gasket, and on the door frame
where the rubber door gasket has to slide
over. This is important to equalize the
internal stretching of the rubber once the
gasket is on and in position.
