Open the washer door.
Remove two star head screws at the left of
the door opening.
Loosen two screws at the left of the front
panel.
Lift the front panel out slightly and remove
the door lock assembly cover.

REMOVE DOOR LOCK - WITH ACCESS PANEL
Remove the two star head screws from the
lock assembly.
Pull the door lock assembly out and
disconnect the wiring harness.
Make sure the shims are reinstalled with
the door lock. Use silicone to hold them in
place so they don’t fall.
NOTE: If there is no door lock access
panel, See page 4-21.
