Remove the trunnion from the basket
assembly (See page 6-2).
Loosen the 6 bolts that secure the spokes to
the trunnion.
Remove the 6 stainless steel M10 bolts and
brass washers from the back plate to the
spokes.

REMOVE TRUNNION & REPLACE BEARINGS - MFR18 & 25
Remove the tub seal from the back plate.
Remove the stainless steel back plate and
the remaining bolts from the tub ring.
Remove the iron back plate and the tub ring.
Turn the remaining trunnion assembly back
over and remove the six bolts, loosened
earlier, that secure the spokes to the
trunnion and remove the spokes.
Turn trunnion, rear bearing facing down,
and remove the front bearing retaining ring.
NOTE: This section covers two models,
MFR18 & 25, and in some cases different
tools are used. When differences exist, both
tool numbers are shown, the first number is
for MFR18, second number is for MFR25.

Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.

Replace all parts and panels before
