Check that all six motor terminals are
secure and at the same height in the motor
terminal. Replace motor if any terminals
are pressed into the motor.
Remount the six position motor connector
onto the motor. Reinstall the splash shield
on the inverter that was removed during
phase testing.
Reposition inverter into washer when
finished.
NOTE: Make sure the two screws and wire
ties are replaced and fastened properly to
the wire harness.

MOTOR WINDING CHECK
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
To gain access to the inverter control board,
perform steps 2 - 8 of Motor Phase Test
(See page 7-10).
Remove each pair of phase wires from the
inverter and perform an ohms check of each
wire leading to the motor. Each wire pair
should show 2 - 3Ω resistance.
Ohm test each motor lead to ground and the
reading should be an open circuit
(infinite Ω).
