5. Stickings can be removed best with a soft lint-free cloth
saturated with isopropyl alcohol (99.9 %).
Make sure the platen rollers have been cleaned on their whole
extent so that there is no reason for irregular media transport after
that.
Allow the platen rollers to dry for at least 3 minutes.
6. Install a ribbon (see section 5.2).
7. Swivel the printhead assembly downward and push it down
gently until it clicks into place.
8. Repeat the work steps 2 to 7 to clean the rear platen roller.
