[Load Paper ]
or
[No Paper ]
- insert a printmedia (paper)
- make sure the media has been
loaded correctly
(compare section 5.1)
- clean the sensors
(compare section 8.1.4)
[Foil Error! ]
For printing printer ribbons are needed.
- insert ribbons in both print units
- make sure the ribbons have been
loaded correctly in both print units
(compare section 5.2)
- remove the jammed consumables
(labels sticking together e.g.)
[Head Open! ]
[Print Unit 2 ]
A printhead assembly is not firmly in place.
Re-open the relevant printhead assembly
and make sure it closes tightly:
- swifel the printhead assembly downward
and push down gently to lock.
