8.2. Avoiding Ribbon Slack and Wrinkles
If the ribbon wrinkles, the ribbon tension on either side of the
ribbon is not even.
Remove slack on the ribbon in the following order:
1. Turn the printer OFF LINE.
2. ition.
3. Check both print units: is the ribbon wrinkled, is the ribbon
tension on either side of the ribbon not even?
4. Unlock the printhead assembly by pushing the release lever.
